How to reserve a car

Car rental requirements

– Driver must be 18 years old or older
– A valid driver’s license, ID card or passport with the driver’s name on it
– Possession of a driver’s license for at least 1 year
– A valid credit card (not debit) with the driver’s name on it (or another person’s card, but that person has to be present during vehicle pick-up) that is used for pre-authorization of funds that are used as a guarantee of payment, and / or possible fees and costs (car cleaning fee, missing fuel, unpaid parking tickets, traffic violation tickets etc.

Fuel policy (Like for like)
-When you pick your car up, the fuel tank will be full or partly full
-Before you return your car, replace the fuel you’ve used
-If you didn’t get to refuel, at the branch you will pay for the missing fuel according to the current prices of the Croatian oil company INA, and the vehicle refueling service fee

General conditions for Rent a car
All vehicle owned by Hybrid rental are insured in case of damage caused to the third party. The insurance company covers the damage caused by our vehicle up to the amount determined by law under condition that any of the Rental Agreement terms was not breached (police reports also declaring the driver was not under influence of alcohol and drugs). Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) does not cover the damage on tyre, wheels, underside, the interior of the vehicle and windshield. The renter will be held liable for these damages. Every damage on the vehicle shall be reported to the police, which shall be asked to make a report on the road accident or damage. Otherwise , the additional insurance shall not be valid.
